100 Brands of 2009

I caught this article over on Logo Designer Blog, it’s in relation to an Interbrand post of the the Best Global Brands of 2009. I love how Jacob Cass of the Logo Designer Blog posted some statistics about the top brands, it’s something that I’d like to show clients while designing a logo for them. A few of the comments Mr. Cass made:
The by-line tag is not included in the logo (90%)
The font style is clean and clear (84%)
The logo design uses one colour only (74%)
The logo design is one word only (62%)
