Bad Logo Design

Last time we posted about logos, we posted about the hidden messages in logos. Over at the Logo Designer Blog they’ve posted an entry regarding bad logos. It’s important to have a good original logo, and lots of smaller companies want to get as much into the logo as possible because they think it’s more appealing. In reality many of these logos often look dated after a few years, and what we’ve learned from corporate branding, it’s important to have a lasting image that represents your company. Take Chevron for an example, they’ve done little to change their logo over the years, sure it’s gotten some updates to spruce it up, but the brand itself has pretty much stayed the same. Be sure to check all the “ugly” logos.
